Please be sure to include the area code and the best time to return your phone call if the Customer Request Form is used. We will try to email or call you back immediately at the requested time.

Step 2: Once you have spoken to one of A Painted Life's artists, you will have the option to send your photograph or image to us via email or mail.

Step 3: During your consultation, A Painted Life’s artist can help you narrow your photograph selection. In addition, the artist can help you determine if there are any minor improvements that the photograph may need, including but not limited to cropping-out unnecessary scenes or items and/or changing the background of the painting.

Step 4: The final steps are to choose the size of your canvas and the number of subjects and to submit your payment information.

A Painted Life’s expected delivery time is approximately 4-weeks from the date the artist begins, depending upon size and drying time. On average, it takes our artists about a week and a half to complete the customized, hand-painted oil portrait and an additional two to three-weeks for the painting to dry completely, depending on the canvas size.

Any mailed photographs will be returned via mail, along with the painting.

Payments will be processed or deducted when the painting is completed and shipped.
